Cancellation/Refund Policy

For monthly rentals, we ask that you cancel your reservation at least 60 days in advance, to obtain a full refund.

 

For additional weekly rentals, we ask for a minimum of 30 days’ notice, to obtain a full refund.

 

For additional nightly rentals, we ask for at least 7 days’ notice, for a full refund. ​ 

 

Credit Policy

For changes made outside of these windows, we will graciously offer you a credit towards your next stay, in the full dollar amount of the value of your cancelled trip. Please reschedule subsequent stays well in advance to ensure availability.

Guest Referrals

As a corporate apartment rental company that takes pride in our business, we value your business, and we also value those of you who share your positive experiences with others.

 

Accordingly, for each successful referral that you choose to make on our behalf, we will deduct 10% off of your next visit.

 

*Please note that referral discounts will be credited to your account after each referred stay is complete.
